We needed additional supply and return ducts to a bedroom which stayed too hot in summers and too cold in winters. Scott Walker's Tom along with Connor completed the installation in a few hours. I called Scott Walker Heating and Air about 5 minutes before the official business hours. A very nice lady picked up right away. My AC was completely dead, no heat or emergency heat. They fit me right into their schedule and within 3 hours I had Tom and Connor at my front door. They were expeditious in finding the root cause of the issue; within an hour they had me up and running. I have their business cards and will definitely call again if I have any issues. Read Less

The customer service was spot on from my first call to Scott Walker Heating and Air. The receptionist was nice and got me scheduled quickly. The day of service, Tom and Cory arrived on time, were friendly, explained what they were going to do and took pictures. I was very appreciative they didn’t attempt to upsell me any additional services. They even wore shoe covers WITHOUT being asked. I will call in the Spring to have my HVAC serviced. Tom Crowell and Omar were professional, friendly, respectful, and polite. They got right to work and found that a critter had made a nest in the dryer. They cleaned up the debris, reassembled the dryer and tested to make certain it was working correctly. I highly recommend this company. Read Less

I’m new to the area, just moved into my new house, and this was my first visit from Scott Walker. I’m so pleased, I will continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance and all service issues. The service crew arrived on time, I received a text when they were on their way, the wore protective foot covers in the house and cleaned up after they finished. I had a problem with the Nest thermostat that came with the house and they changed out the thermostat to a simpler model which I certainly prefer. They went through the furnace unit completely to be sure the problem was only with the thermostat. The cost of the visit was very reasonable and worth every penny.
